Shipping Policy
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide from Germany. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination country. We offer international shipping to most countries. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us directly.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 20 business days unless otherwise stated. After your order is processed, it will be handed over to the shipping provider, and you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, including a tracking number (if available).
Shipping Costs:
Listed prices for the limited editions are exclusive of shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and the destination country. We will confirm all shipping costs before finalizing your sale. There is no minimum order amount. Customers outside the EU may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, or fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Duration
- Poland: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days (depending on the region)

Packaging and Security
Our artworks are carefully packaged to protect them from damage during transit. We use high-quality materials to ensure that your artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, if the shipping provider offers this service.
Customs and Taxes
Please note that international shipments to certain countries may be subject to additional customs fees, import taxes, or other charges, which are not included in the shipping cost. These fees are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We can not be held liable for any customs or customs duties or taxes that may affect any shipment made outside Poland.
Returns Due to Incorrect Addres
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we do not cover the costs for reshipping. Please ensure that all shipping details are correct before completing your order. Buyers are responsible for the information that implies when they place the order. The additional shipping costs, caused by the declaration of an incorrect or incomplete address, are the sole responsibility of the final customer.
Artworks are covered by a shipping insurance. In case the artwork arrives damaged, contact DHL (www.dhl.com) and contact us as soon as possible (swiatowiec.art@gmial.com). Due to insurance terms, claims cannot be processed after 30 days since the artwork is received. Packaging is for protection only. Dents or scratches on the packaging box caused by delivery are not included in the Return and Refund policy.
